No penalty shown during race. Then i cross finish line, the summary table comes up and it appears i have a 20sec penalty to race time along with most other drivers. It's new, and strange.
Daily Race C requires that you use Racing Hard tires at some point during the race or you will have a 20 second penalty added to your time at the end of the race.
