Im kinda new at this stuff, im planning to buy a Sharkport or X-port whatever one I get, anyways I need some questions answered

1.Wich Sharkport or X-port Version is best?

2.Can you put cars in the game that arent really there like that Porsche ect...

3.Can u get any car you want?
 
I am also new to this. I already have a Sharkport but no Hybrid program.
Which program is the best that I should use? Is there one so you can do other stuff than to your cars such as win ratio and mileage?
Is it easy to use?
