I'm tired of DTM missing out on premium console game.

I may be an Australian but I love the German DTM cars from 2000 to today but I'm tired of Polyphony not giving us what we want as since Turn 10(Microsoft) owns the exclusive but very short listed licence to V8 Supercars,When will Polyphony finally give touring car fans what we crave?
And that is new premium German DTM cars from 2012 because Japanese SuperGT GT500 chassis are now DTM spec so why Polyphony and whoever is in charge of DTM,WHY?
 
A DTM Mercedes C-Klasse AMG and an older Audi A4 are going to be in project CARS.

The problem lies with licensing, which isn't really something PD has control over.

There is the cars suggestion section. But if you are going to submit a car there, for 🤬 sake search first. It is very annoying to see a duplicate thread being posted.

Sorry mate,it's just that I love Gran Turismo and I'm sick of Turn 10 making Forza a better product.
They got better cars and they got a BMW M3 DTM 2013 and I think Polyphony have become lazy and let there guard down.
If that does not work then maybe we should start a petition to force whoever made DTM Experience PC game to make console versions as well. Trust me,they'll sell more and make more money than PC and Internet gaming on consoles are more efficient and I know from experience.

Forza a better product? That is highly debatable. It may have a few cars that GT6 does not have, but how many has GT6 got that they don't have? And track selection and the actual physics engine is much better in GT6 than Forza 5 imo. Both games have their merits, but I still think GT6 is the much better product.

Your right!!!!! GT is a better product but Polyphony is still using cars from GT 4 and I'm sick of Turn10 going 1 step and Polyphony getting slack and for those Japanese giants,that's unacceptable especially Australia takes it's Motorsport seriously.

Kind of tough to do, when whoever has the licensing doesn't want to sell it. If it were that easy, we'd have Porsche, more FiA, etc.

Buying licensing from whoever has it, was probably.not cost effective and they put the better in a a place better spent. Like physics development and so on. They also have to have the cars in their hands, which is another matter.
 
It goes to show you that They are Greedy for not selling licences but they'll make more money if they sell even a limited licence.

I'm currently playing GT3 at the moment (my kids wiped my memory card) and the silver CLK D2 merc touring car has more detail in GT3 than GT6 (check for yourselves if you don't believe me). A really lazy effort 'why bother putting the car in the game at all it really lowers the standard of GT6.
