Image issues with replay

I was watching a replay of my race yesterday and as i was switching between the cameras i switched to a roof/hood mounted view on the GTR while i was on the suzuka track. What i saw was very dissapointing. It appeared that instead of being rendered in 1080p the track and other cars were lower res than before. As i switched the view to inside the car or gauges only or track mounted (fixed) the resolution went back to normal. Did anyone else notice this?

It is normal I guess. I think it was meant to look that way as it happens often.
