Images in Spoilers leak in News Feed

When i post an image inside a spoiler it is not hidden by the spoiler completely, all my followers see a thumbnail of the image in their news feed regardless of the spoiler. I think it only happens with attached images and not linked images. It would be great to save the image from accidental disclosure, if that's possible.
