Guys i am trying to create a room for a friend of mine play with me, and when we tries to enter, gives him an error and says that his network is does not allow him to enter in my server, because of incompatibility with me (server host)... Is there anything that we can do to stop this?
its stupid because we both have the exacly same network connection.. just in different regions of the country.. :S
And by the way, if he creates the room and i try to enter, it says the same thing to me... so stupid. :ouch::ouch::ouch::ouch:

Try searching the forum. On the right above side is a button named search. There are enough results. ;)

This is a BIG problem in GT5, me too have problems with connection and it's nothing I know about that can fix it.
I been looking for a fix a long time but no one have a answer other than teories that don't work.
I been looking into room's with fix ownership, this server's work in a different way and seems more stabil, try that...

Pleace send me a message if you find out how to fix this connection problem. 💡

Thank you for the proper answer man ;) yeah, its a huge disapointment that such thing occurs.. :S it will be impossible for us to play unless we change network.. and that will be costly :S

Sure.. if i find out something, i'll let you know ;)

I'm willing to bet a Daihatsu that one or both of you have a NAT3 connection.

I have this problem with nat 2, upnp enabled against another one with nat 2 and we have fiber 60*60Mbt connection, but please do not send me a Daihatsu :nervous:

Is your connection type really the same as his? ..If not, the fastest and simplest way of solution of your problem will be change your connection so that you both have the same type of network. :(

I'm not sure he have upnp enabled, but I don't think that is the problem.
I look forward to meet the one that can help with this problem
