'Impress the boss' trophy won't unlock - PS3

I've competed all my current 3 seasons on Expert mode. Came 5th with Lotus, 1st with sauber second season and now I've just won the championship again with Sauber at Monza. I still have not recieved the impress the boss trophy. Do I have to meet every single objective at every single session or something? Why won't it unlock for me?
