Sorry if something along these lines has already been posted. I searched but did not find anything.
I understand that licensing comes into play, but this is a huge opportunity for Gran Turismo to take this franchise to a new level and incorporate proper GT championships. There are many out there but the cream of the crop (at least IMO) is the upcoming IMSA Tudor United SportsCar Racing League which is a merger of the previous American Le Mans and Rolex series.
The GT racing in this now unified league is arguably the greatest in the world and it's a shame that this cannot be experienced in Gran Turismo.
PD, if at all possible, please look into getting this league incorporated into GT. It would be amazing to participate in races with the GT cars from Corvette, BMW, Viper, Porsche, Lotus, etc as well as the Prototypes simultaneously, not in individual races or a few track championship, but an in-game championship mirroring the actual one such as in the F1 games.
