Anyone notice some of the things the game references?

I saw the True Grime billboard and heard that guard in Madd Dogg's mansion complaining about Tanner being rubbish in Refractions new game.

Also, the mission based on that chase from Terminator 2 was pretty cool. The film was released around 1991/92 so it's even from the right time period.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. I also noticed the Tanner thing.

Also, could someone point me out to where the "True Grime" Billboard is? It's been bugging me for some silly reason.

Also, could I ask that noone post Spoilers, as in ex-GTA references like characters making returns. Thanks.
 
What mission was referenced to Terminator? I've most likely done it, but i dont recall.

The one where you're racing down the dry canal on the back of Big Smoke's bike and the truck comes crashing through the barrier from above and chases you down the channel while you're firing backwards at it.

The main bank is the 'Credit & Commerce Bank of San Andreas'. Referencing the Bank of Credit & Commerce International (BCCI) affair that went off in the 90's (the logo is almost identical, but reversed)

That's cool. According to the linked article, it was involved in a major financial scandal in 1991, which is again the same time as the game is set.

I was stocked when i saw that!. Theres also mensions of Love fist on K-DST and one of the callers on i think WCTR talks about the "Degeneratron."
