Ive done the 300km of Grand valley and 4hr roadster races ( i even setup a webcam for friends to watch, very dorky). It is kind of a good feeling when you finish the races having sat the 4 hours through each race with no breaks. But then you think; you just sat 4 hours playing a video game with no breaks. then you feel kind of bad. At least I did. I think the 4 hours are my limit for how long im willing to sit and play for. I can see both sides of the argument. It is a pretty neat accomplishment to complete an endurance with little to no time outs. However, you do have to put aside a considerable chunk of time to run these, which can be difficult. So Id welcome saves in endurance races.
I toyed around the idea of doing the 24hr race no pausing, but realised Id need to take washroom breaks and eat and so on. Where as the computer doesnt Im sure they just lap with the occasional pitstop for fuel and tires, so Id more than likely end up losing.
