I have a friend by the tag of JESADA93 who has just recently fallen victim to losing all of his data due to a problem created by Gran Turismo 5. 7 months of arduous racing, 500+ cars, cups upon cups of Ramen all down the drain. So I ask you please help him out by donating some cars his way. Every car counts and would be greatly appreciated! You can make a difference and make someone else's life better. On your marks, get set, DONATE! Thank you.

Earning cars is not hard, im not sending you any cars and nobody else should, should you send me money? no...get over it.

Thats not a very clever way to get free cars. Have an account with at least 1000 posts, then maybe you'd have a chance of fooling someone.

Should have gotten a job. In those 7 months, he could've bought a real car. And a dignified meal.

Ok honestly, everyone relax. I don't actually expect anyone to send cars. His game really did get messed up but it's not like it's going to take long to get back to where he was. If you read the post you can tell that I wasn't being completely serious. I mean ya, it would've been cool to get some positive feedback but it's whatev. I honestly only posted it to see what kind of reactions I would get and hopefully if someone could help us out in fixing it. I checked his saved data utility and everything and the only thing there is corrupted data and his new saved game which is from the beginning. If you know something that I don't then please do tell but if not then it's not a big deal. Also, those comments about getting a job and all are not needed I hate to tell you but we have very dignified jobs that pay pretty well and it's not like this stupid game is a major part of our lives. If he can't fix it then oh well. Moving on to another game.

Well,if you are really wanted to fix the corrupted data, you should search google, many solution there

Lol I tried. I use google for everything but unfortunately I couldn't find anything that helped. You can't uncorrupt data from what I see. I guess he's just screwed.

Seriously man,you can't ask for cars with that amount of post...

Dude, like I said it wasn't that serious. I'm more concerned about getting the game fixed. I didn't actually expect a bunch of hardcore GT5 enthusiasts to actually give up any cars. That's like asking for a limb.

I dont care if your telling the truth or not... I will send you a car if you need one... all these people act like they real cars lol Its just a game... what kind you want I got you!

Buy a Miata and have fun in the seasonals.

This. The seasonals throw money at you - get on them.

The bit that would actually hurt is losing setups, but apparently they are less important than easily replaceable cars.

Seeing loads of these claims, starting to think its just a ploy to get free cars. Back up your saves every so oftern or risk losing the lot, dont do back ups its your loss and you will have to start again. I'm not falling for the old begging cap trick again! And I also notice 99% of these begging threads are a new member, that gives you away instantly ;)

But you gotta think about the more hard to come by used cars.

If this were some ploy, I don't think the OP would have replied, especially in the way that he has. He's not being an a-hole about it. Usually, there isn't so much clamor about this kind of thread being made, and at least he's not using text-speak.

What about them? They aren't asking for any cars in particular, just a handout.
