will you be able to take parts off your care and modify it before you go to a race. and lets say you pick a car and try to enter it into a race, and you find out that you are not able to enter it because of restrictions, let's say like a turbo or a muffler you have on the car, can you take out these parts on the spot instead of going all the way to car testing and taking out the cars. something like pit area in which you have access to parts and modifying your car while in the racing event menu.
and instead of guessing what kind of a car you can enter, and instead of watching a preview to figure it out, will they put down a list of the cars that are elligble to race.

They all ready have a list of what cars are eligible for a race in GT3. You just select the "i" with a circle around it.
 
Youur getting more than in GT2 with the preview, it wouldn't be right seeing what cars will be in the series before you enter because you could then choose a car that would wipe the floor with them. As for tuning the car in your garage, we don't know yet, I hope you can.
 
In GT3 they did have a list of elligble cars for various races, especially for the specific manufacturer ones.......I think that they will not dout do this with GT4 aswell......

As for the pre race pit area......good idea, but we will have to wait and see, no hint from any sources on that one yet ;)
