Inactive members

I noticed that there are bucketloads of "members" that are completely inactive. Search for all members with less than 1 post (ie 0) and you get 342 pages (with 100 on each page). Virtually all of the people on the first page registered, then didn't return. Take the first lot (the ! ones) for example. They registered on May 19/15 2004 and their last activity is May 19/15 2004. Surely this is clogging up the hard drives and bandwidth?

This has been mentioned before. They don't take up any room at all really (it's negligible), and they are not going to be deleted.

How could they take up bandwidth if they never come here to connect to this site?

He meant that they were taking up space on the server, but they are only taking up a minuscule portion of the hdd.

Yes I asked this question before here and it does not effect GTP.
