Incorrect Date and Time

Whenever I log into PSN, this message pops up:

The date and time are not set correctly. Please check date and time settings.

I checked my date and time settings and they're set the the correct time but when I go into GT5, the clock there is 1 hour behind the time that was set on the PS3. It's not urgent but it bothers me a bit. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it

Try setting it to the daylight saving option.
