Also, I never see any x1's or veyrons in any rooms which means I must be the fastest person in the game!

One time I went into a drag room and everyone was in Civics and other n00b cars. I whooped em' all with my X1. They should all learn how to tune... seriously.

Wait, I just checked. I have like 5. I've got to test mine out. Maybe we should have an X1 drag racing contest!!! (That I'm actually being serious about.)
 
If you can't tune a x1 you might think about playing another game
 
There are no stupid questions, only stupid people...isn't easy to "jump" when drag racing online in gt5. It would be worth .5 seconds maybe. How do you deal with that?

Not when there is ghosting, or at least not as much. For time, yes.
 
I would actually try drag racing if there was a track with a pro tree. Can you imagine being able to roll throught the water, warm up the tires, stage deep and then go heads up? That would be cool.
 
I spent some time this week on gt4 tuning a viper on the Las Vegas drag strip. I think I had the viper doing 8.7xx on the juice.

Hahaha Aww I always lose because everyone has enzos and GTRs and veyrons and they never wanna race street cars like camaros mustangs and stiff like that :(

I like to replace the "pro" with "noob" when I host a lobby. ;)
 
was there really a page on people boasting about their x1's? The reason those people are in there in civics and whatnot is because they want a real life drag race....like the fast and the furious. I'd get more enjoyment out of winning a race with my 71 cuda vs a chevelle than in a race between 2 x1's. takes more skill rather than luck.

and I still wonder why they left out the vegas drag strip that was so awesome in gt4. I spent a lot of time on that strip with my friends.
 
No wonder I got kicked out of the Indy Road Course that one time... the name of the room had no reference to "drag" and I didn't know why everyone was messing around on the back straight. I love Indy Road Course for racing full course and have no idea how to drag... until now. Thanks! :)

I sometimes do F1's on indy road too, :)
