just wondering what bspec level everyone did this at, i tried it with my two driver one is level 25 and the other is 24 and they started to pit every lap after about lap 80, should i level up a million more times or just let one drivr go so he cant pit.

the only reason i want to use more drivers is the fact that then i can level them all in the race and not just one guy

He's right - set the Pit Strategy to "0" - they're pitting because the strategy is set to replace the drivers when they get to a certain percentage of their strength. Set it to zero, and they won't pit unless they need tires and/or gas. Level 24 & 25 Bobs should be able to win that race pretty easily with a decent car.
