In a side project that I'm doing, I have a need for a nice simple flash animation title sequence.

Nothing spectacular. Just a simple animation of the Non-profit's name, address and moto. I keep seeing price tags for title animation software in the $30-$50 range. I personally don't fancy shelling out cash for one simple animation. If I have to, I will.

Is there anyone that can recommend a certain package?

Better yet, is there someone that can whip something up in flash for me? I have an example, but it's a WMV file.

It's getting to the point, that I might have to shell out the cash and get a package, but was hoping for more input first.

Thanks

AO

I'll be able to whip it up in a giffy!

Just in the mean time before I finish my research on your final options ;).

There's Swish... but it costs $100 for SwishMax and $50 for Swish2. It *does* however, come with a fully functional demo. So should Macromedia Flash.

Alpha, Thanks! I sent you a PM.

emad, I had seen Swish, but hadn't downloaded it. Macromedia Flash was the choice I knew (but wasn't shelling out $500 for it).

I'm thinking that I may have to shell out the cash at some point. I'd much rather spend that on a new camera or monitor or a whole host of other computer upgrades.

IT's again, one of those side projects that I'd love to learn and get my hands around. If I had the free time.

Thanks,

AO

Actually, Alpha hooked me up more than what you see there.

He took some extra time, went back and fixed a grammar error and some timing issues I had mistakenly coded in.

I really appreciate that work he did.

Isn't it amazing what people can help out with on a gaming site?

I really don't think of GTP as a gaming site, most of us don't really come here for the gaming, most of us are here for the community part.

Well, not exactly, I do come here for GT4 but in general, it's the community that draws us back.

Yep, and hence, why I came here looking for some help with my project.

Many of the long term members come here for the community, but at one point, we were all new members and most likely came here for the game.

All things considered, it's one of the best communities I've found on the web.

I was more than happy to help :).

I’ve been helped out many times by GTP members, it was about time I returned a similar gesture. Good luck with getting the sanctuary completed, from what I’ve read it’s a mammoth task!
