Infinite DLC Cars?

I had to delete my game profile/save the other day. I thought that I was going to lose my CL car pack so I went to account management - recent downloads and BAM! There they were, all five of them. I am wondering if it is possible to gift/trade someone a car then go back to my recent downloads and reload the car? If anyone has tried this let me know, If it works I have a few cars that I would like to trade around!

From what I have heard in obversving the forums, stealth and chromeline cars cannot be gifted. Most likely to prevent this very scenario from arising.

To trade for ones that I would like to have, then resupply myself from my download menu. I'll probably just start a faux account and experiment with this later, I'll give the results when I get them unless someone else on GTP beats me to the punch.

Sadly this is a no go. A good idea but PD is a step ahead....guessing that's what took five years, figuring out all exploits.

My second question. Can you gift cars from the Portable Garage?
