takumi does race many more cars: altezza, mx5, another civic, rx7(a chick), and the cappachino. the manga never ever gets boring and keeps alive everything you like about it.
recomended reading for anyone who drives.

does anyone agree that they(USA) should not bring initial d to america

No, only because I have no idea who or what an initial d is.![]()
no actually, i disagree with you. it has fairly nice graphics considering it was made a while ago. and the plot of being "drifting" is faster, it has their argue points... although i know in real life, drifting, is slower.... only part i agree with you slightly.. is the characters... they could be improved.Originally posted by Cano
its a stupidly crappy anime about the foolishness of "drifting will make you beat everyone" with poor animation, poor character design and poor art. that is all. you dont wanna se it, believe me.

well thats all your opinion and I don't see you making any anime cartoons so I think they do pretty well sepecially the computer graphics for that time. I haven seen any other anime thats car related or where cars have a large and central role....
give me one thats better than initial d thats about cars and I'll see.....
any of you like DBZ?
haha, yah i noticed this too.Originally posted by TaiLo
I remember watching Initial D for the first time a few years ago. Man, I got hooked. Animation-wise, yes, it could have been better, but I watched for the storyline and the CGI. 1st stage was still the best since it was a whole lot of story and races, not much of that Mogi drama (her subtitles got a little confusing in stage 3). Oh, and has anyone figured out why sometimes it says "TRUENO" and sometimes it says "TORENO" on the AE86?
