"Insert Link" Problem

When I used to click on the "Insert Link" image I could past an image link into it then name the link. Now when I click it it just allows me to paste the link into it and thats all.
EXAMPLE:
This what it is supposed to do GTplanet.com
This is what it does now on this site https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/index.php?]GTplanet.com
