Install GT6 without Internet

Hello, i wanted to know if its possible to install GT6 without internet connection, i hear a lot of stuff concerning update, the problem is the person who want the game don't have internet, also even if it's possible to install, it will be playable?

There 2 version on Amazon.ca, this one:

Since i don't play GT games, can you tell me what is the difference between the 2?

You can still play the game you just won't be able to get the updates.

I don't know what the 2nd one is?
 
It doesn't seem to be working for me. When I do let it update , it gets stuck on installing with 8 minutes left. I tried re-installing it and disabling internet , the game insists on quitting because trophies won't be uploaded. I couldn't care less if my trophies are uploaded. Is there any way to skip this?
