Hey, so my ps3 became corrupt this morning, restored the hard drive and im now re installing the game, there is 16 different downloads it has to complete, it is on the second and its been 7 hours since i started (about 1000 mb) can anyone tell me how long this is going to last? i have a feeling my ps3 will before overheat before it finishes downloading.... 👎
 
Close all other things that are using the internet and also, if you have a crap internet speed , it will be slow installing.
 
Over heat? place you ps3 at a place well opened for air, i leave my ps3 for weeks and never over heated.
 
But if it's an old phatty, it can still overheat. Also, your electricity bills must be pretty bad if you leave your PS3 on for weeks.
 
well its kept in a corner, so thanks punisher! and ross, yeh my internets bad, but dont have much to kill time, im 16 and not at school so i basically couldnt live without the internet! haha :/
