Interest Check - BMI "My Car Challenge" (?)

How many of you know what im talking about when i mention Best Motoring's mini series called "My Car Challenge" ?

For those who know what im talking about, would you be interested in this if i (or someone else) hosted one ?, Of course we would have to find drivers (preferably with wheels who are quite fast), plenty of entrants with enough variety to keep it interesting, artists for banners, prizes, etc, and all that good stuff ( )

Let me know if your interested, same thing if you'd like to be a driver or artist, etc

Because i thought enough people would know about it to fill in the others, but i guess not.

(Of course it would be easier if i could find that video in english, i have it in English on a BMI DVD i have, but nothing to capture it with and upload it )

Anyways, The BMI "My Car Challenge" is held every year (as far as i know) at a different circuit each year, i.e. one year its at Tsukuba, the next would be a different course, and its a competition of "Pro" vs. "Am", where the "Am" Challenger would set a lap time at the course in their own personal car, and the "Pro" would try to beat that in the challengers car (same setup and everything)

If the "Pro" beats the "Am", the challenger loses, if the "Am" beats the "Pro", the "Am" would be awarded a prize of some sort (In the DVD's, its Trophies, DVD's, Tickets to major events, one prize was the Am got to compete in a Media Day Track Meet with the Pro's, but im not sure what could be used for GT4)

And the way it would start, is a group of say... 25 contestants would enter, and the 2 or 3 (or w/e number of "Pro" drivers volunteer) fastest drivers would get the chance to challenge the "Pro's", they would make their run's to get the best Lap Time, and the Drivers would observe, then the "Pro" would make a run to beat that, once that was done the "Pro's" would give tips to the "Am", etc (and prizes would be handed out if the Am had won)

That's the "My Car Challenge" in a nutshell

Now to hold a competition like this in GT4, we would first have to find out how many people are interested in competiting as the "Am's" (not saying they are, just thats the part they'd fill in basically), then find Drivers to fill in the part of the "Pro's", then choose what Circuit it would be held at, and then how the "Prize" area would be taken care of (what would be offered, etc), then find the 2 or 3 fastest, have them make runs, and i hope by now you know what would be next
