INTEREST CHECK: "Mini" Cup

I am thinking of a 3-5 race series using fully tuned SIM Mini running most likely hot laps in Arcade Mode. The series would last 3-5 weeks depending on the number of racers with an overall winner, the one with most points for the series, being crowned at the end.

No divisions like the weekly and no teams, just single racers.

I want to know how many here would be interested in this. PM me if you are.

I think I need at least 10 racers to make this series fun. Once I have those I will probably do a "warm" up race so people can get their cars dealt with and see if we can get anyone else interested.

I will be working out the details and circuits this week and if I get enough interest I could do the "warm up" race as early as next week.

I have 6 people thus far including myself.....4 more and we are golden.

radicool02 - You don't have to run every race but the "overall winner" will be the one with the most points for all 3-5 races...

It will be a fully modded (178hp) mini....

This would be the perfect race for me to try on my new wheel...I need to start on the slow cars and work my way up

I'll run some (if not all) of these :cool:

It would be cool to due a multi-lapper for the final race, just throwing out an idea

ok guys I got my 10 racers.....it is a go. I'll be posting the rules and circuits early next week (PM you all to let you know it is up)...with a short warmup race (no points though, just to get the cars settled). The real racing will begin week after next with a 3 race series.

If you are interested please feel free to still join in, the more the better. PM me if you want to sign-up.

This will be fun.

Yes you are in, anyone who wants to race is in....I wanted to get at least 10 racers to make the series work but if I get more all the better.

I think we have 12 racers right now which is great.

I will be posting the rules, racer list and track dates on Monday of next week with a quick little warm-up race (no points) to get the ball rolling before real racing starts.

I'm keeping it to 3 races, short and sweet. I have a few ideas to make the racing a bit interesting...

We have 13 racers right now....

Look for a warm up no points race on Monday. Real racing starts next week.

The mini is a lovely machine at 178 hp

Mr.p put it through Tahiti in ARC but it eats up tarmac big time, you can have fun with Cote & Complex .......actually you can have fun anywhere with the Mini
