Ok so a few years back (in the days of GT5) we did this and had a blast, the last several years I've not had anyone that wanted to race...
During the rolex 24 the room will be open most of the day for those of us who want to discuss the race while watching/ practicing.
The plan is to start the race right around the time of the TV coverage drop usually around 1am on the
Daytona road course (length to be determined previously was a 2.4 hr race)
Full weather randomization and time configured for a round the clock race.
the cars:
I would love to see a multi class field so I'm pretty much gonna leave it open to all closed wheel race cars, PP will likely be limited to a number that will allow prototypes tuned down to a P2 or DP pace (as opposed to the all out P1s)
