I'm thinking of trying out a mini-enduro around the Nurburgring, or series of them.

However this series would be more similar to the German VLN Series, with different classes:

Class 1, up to 590pp

DTM cars (Vauxhall Astra, Alfa 155, Audi TT...)
Lexus IS-F Racing Concept
Falken Skyline
BMW M3 GTR
Audi R8 LMS?
Super Touring Cars (Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi FTO...)

Class 2, up to 520pp
Spoon S2000
Honda S2000 LM
BMW 320i Touring car
Mazda 6 Touring Car
Lexus GT-1

Class 3 (Maybe?), up to 385pp
Spoon FIT
VW Beetle Cup Car
VW Luo GTi
Nissan MM-R Cup



We could run a variety of races on different configurations of the ring, of 1-2 hours each. Damage Full? Limited? Open strategy with tyres?

Let me know what you think, but be aware any series would be at least 5 weeks away with my current TOCA Series...
 
Yeh, Im interested. not 100% sure of heavy damage because if you have a knock early its a long way to drive with a damaged car.

I'd go in with whatever car I could get. It really depends on what time the race is.

Wasn't sure weather to allow GT300's as they don't run at the Norschleife, but I'll be relaxed on rules as this is just a pilot race, so you can run it. It would probably be a Saturday.

Come to think of this, as long as all cars conform to a relative set of regualtions, we could have quite a varied field.. M3's, R8's, Falcon, ASL, S2000, Integra, Lupo....
 
I am pretty new to the world of multiplayer simulation racing.

This is the sort of thing I've been looking for, and the time seems convenient.

I would be interested in running a Lupo, but am open to pretty much anything.

I would rate my racing skills as low-intermediate (my number one focus is always clean racing).

As a pilot, how about 5 laps of the Nordschleife, in day? It's short(ish) but it would result in some interesting tyre and fuel strategies.
 
I'd be down for the 5 laps 'Ring race. Of course, this depends what time of day it would be held.

Once you get more info settled, I'll see if I can make, because this sounds really great. :tup;

Chances are, I'd race Group 3, as long as there's enough other people in that class.
 
Like I said, this is a pilot race, to find out about interest and how it could work. I don;t mind if One class has 2 entries, and for the record I would probably be in Class 1 or 2.

I would be in class 3 campaining a Lupo Cup Car GTI something.:D
 
SO maybe I will continue this... I think it could work well.

Races would be around 7-8pm BST onwards. This series is kinda aimed at an entry level enduro, so roughly 1 hour races.
