Interesting image on GT6 manual

I was checking the GT6 manual for any references to the new paint options, in particular the 'Select from an already painted colour' function, and noticed this image.

Obviously it's an image of the newly released 1.16 update.
But I'm almost certain there were no 'New' icons on either the 'Dealership' or 'Recommended Cars' sections when I downloaded the update.

It piqued my curiosity, so I thought I'ld post it here to see what you guys think.

I actually still have those new icons. All it means is that no-one on that test version of GT6 has looked at some of the cars that have been added after the games release... or at least i assume...
 
If you haven't check the dealership when things like the FT-1 and M4 and all the other stuff were released, It will still say that.
I'm pretty sure for this screenshot, PD's test account or whatever doesn't go into that section, hence why it still says that.

I'm not following, sorry. To me it looks like they took a screenshot of the 1.16 update and they probably have a day one game save with mega credits and no cars purchased, so all cars will have the 'new' tag. No big deal to me.
