Interface for telemetry etc. data to LAN

It's quite a technical suggestion, but I'd love to see an interface to the outside world (the local network) to extract data like rev, speed, gear etc. from Gran Turismo and send it to any device on the network like an iPad or some dashboard connected to a PC. I think (but not totally sure) Codemasters has such a thing in their games.

I used to have an iPad as a dashboard in rFactor and loved it!
