I think (and has been said in other threads)that this fact needs to have its own thread...
It has been confirmed by various sorces, although not the official one (SCEE), that the PAL version at least will have adaptations to its region. This would mean, more european cars, and (I guess) an adaptated used car market. With more models and different prices. This is, a Skyline will be more rare and more expensive. A VW GTI will be availabe more often and at a better price...
As I've said in another thread, (jkrabby car list) this makes much more sense and even better, FORZA has got this option, so I would bet guys at PD will probably add this "inexpensive" way of costumizing games for each region.
