Inverting Fanatec CSP's on Obutto???

Has anyone inverted CSP pedals from Fanatec on an Obutto cockpit? I have been looking everywhere, and see mods for how to change the CSP's to allow for inversion, but not mounting instructions. Also almost all of the inverted mounts were in homemade wooden enclosures, not the steel tubing like the Obutto. I am thinking of having a custom mount made, any suggestions or has anyone done this?

I think it would be very simple. Get a couple of steel strips from Lowes. Use a dremel to cut two lengths for the width of the Obutto. Then drill holes for both the Obutto legs and the CSPs. Mount the strips to the Obutto and the CSPs to the strips. That or mount an entire metal plate. Either way would work.
