iPod does not shut off

It's a 30 Gb Video iPod, for some reason, it does not shut off: not by holding the usual play button, not by itself nor does it respond to the sleep option.


Any suggestion?

Nevermind, got it fixed

In case anyone else has a problem like this... In the manual to the Ipod there are directions on resetting the system.
No damage is done and nothing is changed.
All you have to do is...
Turn on Hold
Turn off Hold
Hold down menu and play at the same time for a few seconds.

After doing that simple procedure the ipod will reset. 👍
I always ran into trouble with that because playing a video and hitting menu will cause the iPod to freeze (only if you don't end the video or pause it before hitting menu).
