Hey Jake, I have a few questions and statements for you.
What is your Budget?
Do you really need a light kit? I try to keep accessories out of my main build.
Is there anyway you can spend a little bit more money on a better graphics card?

Personally if you can answer the first question I can help you. The power supply is from a company I have never heard of and I have done some research on power supply companies. It's something I would be a little bit worried about.

Dont go cheap on psu! i would use at least a 600 watt for that build, go with a good one like corsair. if your runnung a single monitor then that gpu will be ok. everything else on list is a pretty good start:)

Sorry for not giving you any numbers. I'm looking at spending around $600-$700 all said and done. I'm not educated on the graphics cards at all, only by what i have been reading online which doesnt mean much to me.

So if anyone has any suggestions on what is a better graphics card, im all ears! I also have read that iracing is power hungery, so bumping up the watts is not out of the question. I also will be running this off a 47" 1080p TV. But eventually I will be getting a monitor.

As far as the blue light kit. I will NOT be purchasing the light kit.

The AMD build is a little bit more expensive because I put a 7870 XT. If you want you can drop the 7870 Xt and get a 7870 GHZ edition or the regular 7870.

The power supply is from a company I have never heard of and I have done some research on power supply companies. It's something I would be a little bit worried about.

Dynex is a Best Buy brand.

Dynex and Insignia TVs are mostly made by LG, but not sure of who makes the PSUs.

Searched some more and found on one thread that "Huntkey" never heard of them makes the PSUs for Dynex/Best Buy.

I'm sure most just needed a Power supply and went there and got it.

For the price $59.99 I'd go with something else

Like this for an example, just grabbed the first Antec one I saw.

I would also recomend looking at newegg for parts. They are really good priced but look around. 90% it is more expensive to buy it from the manafacturer. Unless they have a sale going on. Also A 7870 is a very good card with the AMD build. If you could get the GHZ edition of it you will have no problem running any game today. Also you should run most games on High or Ultra.

I just noticed there is no CPU cooler on the AMD build , is this something im going to wanna consider having and if so what would you recommend?

Also is the DVI-dual link the only difference between the 7870 and the 7870GHZ?

I think most CPU's come with a stock cooler. But I would upgrade. They aren't very expensive.

Um pretty sire the ghz edition has 2gb and the other has 1. But the ghz is higher quality. Like the regular one is a Camaro and the ghz edition is the Camaro SS. They use the same card but pretty much upgrade it. I could go into more detail but that is a lot to explain.

I just received my Corvette ZR1 yesterday. Sapphire 7970 VaporX 3GB. Hope it does the trick.
