Is 200 degrees turning angle enough in a racing wheel for this game?

I'm currently in India and have limited options for driving wheels.
I don't want to pay Way over the odds for an already expensive wheel like the GT series.

I'm left with 2 reasonable choices.

The first only has a 180 degrees turning angle:
Thrustmaster Ferrari Racing Wheel Red Legend Edition

The second has about 240 degrees turning angle:
Thrustmaster T80 RS

My question is, will the turning angle be enough, or will it not reach 'full turn' so I won't be able to turn as sharply as with my DS3 controller?

I don't think I mind 240 degress rotation, IF it still gives me the fully extended turn.
Otherwise its utterly pointless in my opinion.

Avoid both those wheels because they do not have electronic force feedback. They use two rubber bands which wind tight over a pulley creating what Thrustmaster call "Linear Resistance".

It is the force feedback which supplies information from the game which enables oversteer, understeer and weight transfer to be felt through the rim and hence provides realism and immersion.

Non-force feedback wheels mimic a hand controller and are just replicating the movements made on a DS3, but provide you with no feedback from the game about the car and therefore should be avoided - they are a waste of money which would be better put aside and saved towards a quality wheel - Thrustmaster force feedback wheels start with the T150.

Force feedback wheels normally provide 900 degrees of rotation (which mimics the 2.5 turns lock to lock of a typical car) - the game (GT6) decides how much rotation to give your wheel depending on the car. I find it is rare that I turn the wheel more than a fraction to either left or right except at Eiger Nordwand or Cote Dazur where I cross arms.

I'm able to lap quite fast on it, so the lack of force feedback doesn't seem to be too much of an issue.
I also find the rotation enough.. In fact when needing to make quick left to right turns, I can't imagine using a 900 degree wheel, it must be very hard to do it fast enough?

It probably sounds a lot harder but it's very easy! I just got my second wheel (T300RS) and it's great especially with the changable 270-1080 degrees. You can turn wheels like that fast and they're easy to manage so no real problems even with corners like the tigh chicane at Monaco which I could even manage round with my much slower turning DFGT. 👍
