my best time with this car on the world circuits mode is 6 Min 17 .992 with N20 and a joypad :dunce:

how good is this time for this car in this game setting as it was not time attack mode
i know the world record on S16 is 6:44
should i upload a video

really :)
my time is 27 seconds quicker than the world record but i was using N20 and had a run up over the line

what are other peoples times in this Mode ????

Are you sure? The FGT an Minolta can do high 4's (4'42-ish is the record.)

Someone at gtrp has submitted a time of 6'11.xxx for the Evo II.
 
At last, a voice of some research... Which I should probably have done... My mind was locked into reading sixes as fives :ouch:
6'17 isn't extremely fast, the car used in the licence test is very far from the capabilities of a tuned Free Run car. My GT-R34 has recorded 6'03, pleasing to know it's an 88C-V-beater :dopey: admittedly with 906bhp and Racing Medium tyres, which leads me on to ask: what tyres did you have fitted, underdog? I'm interested in trying this myself ;)

damm someone did a 6 11 i hear you say :)
i need to get a steering wheel and pedals then i know i can take that record

yea the car suspension settings were unchaged
i used sports tires medium
brakes normal
with NOS and 587 BHP
damm i think i could go faster if a chaged to softer tires and player with the settings
 
Lol sorry, I meant that 5'17 was Minolta/FGT Pace for an 'average driver', I got mixed up between 5'17 and 6'17.

Your time and your description of what you drove makes no sense to me. You said you used normal brakes and sports tires medium, but you can't give race cars a brakes upgrade and you can't fit them with sports tires either. You're short on power too with 587 hp. Also, the video you posted doesn't count as prove, not even when we could see something on it.

Times here are done in arcade mode, with full quicktuning. Give it a try and see if you're somewhat competitive.

Well,these two things are TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
In S-16 you use the MB on RSH/RSH tires and the TCS/ASM aids are on plus this car is totally stock with about 370 Hp and 980 kgs or something similar and you can't change the car settings.
The easiest way to know that you are competitive - or not - on Nurburgring is that you take a closer look on your S-16 licence result and than compare to other guys results.
Mine is 6'51.091.Yours?
