I'm interested in this product:

featured on the phone site www.cell2get.com, but after doing a quick search of the site on google, I came across a jarring distribution of reviews. The positives aren't anything you wouldn't expect: good customer service, phone shipped quickly, and it was in perfect condition... almost as if they had been written by the company themselves. But the negatives are alarming: calls not being answered, headquarters don't actually exist (!), phone shipped in a tupperware container or not at all... not to mention it received an F from the BBB... I feel I've answered my own question, but I just wanted to get a more direct response from someone that can verify these awful reviews.
How badly I want this old phone is what keeps me hopeful. The company's remaining existence in light of such serious claims and evidence keeps me baffled.
Also, why is this phone so hard to find?? No listings on ebay or amazon!
