I want to be able to duplicate and transfer my game-save data from my current account to a new one with a different name, so I can have the same data on both accounts. Is this possible? If so, how? Thank you.

If I am reading this right, you want to use one save game on two separate PSN ID accounts, if that is the case the only possible way is to have the saved game reassigned to the other account.
