Is it just bad luck?

I've now won gold in half of the enduro races, including racing through the Super Speedway over a dozen times, and have yet to walk away with an F1... I'm 74% complete (mainly missing a few series in Pro and most of Arcade mode), and my buddy got one at only 40% done. He thrashes my garage head to head because of that one F090 from the Speedway enduro. Any advice, or just more patience?:banghead:
 
Prize cars a picked completely at random. It has nothing to do with luck, just odds.
 
On my second game, the one I have 100% done, I didn't get an F1 car until I was about 70% complete. As stated, it is completely random. You'll get one eventually.
 
It's not bad luck. God hates you.
 
I've become determined and ran the Super Speedway race 7 times in the last two days only to win 4 Falcons, a Corvette and 2 Clio Sports... oh so painful...

they're so shiny and pretty. I want one.

I got the Polyphony 002 recently and I´ve played about 76%

And Famine, do you always have to be so unfriendly with newbies? :rolleyes: (Please don´t crush me.. :D)
 
Well i raced it several times and got 2 F1s in 3 attempts :)

The funny thing is, I hate God too, so actually, Fammy, you may be on to something there.
 
I got the F1 car the FIRST time I ran the Super Speedway 150 Miles Endurance. It is in the baby blue/light green combo.
 
Haha, I'm only at 23% and I have the f686/m f1 car. I first got the mazda 787b, then I did the laguna seca race I think it was.

Luck is bunk. He just hasn't beaten the odds yet.
 
Be patient my son... all thing will come in time, especially death, that ALWAYS comes.

Find a friend who doesn't think it's fun to stomp lesser cars with an unbeatable ringer.

If you need an F1 car - and I didn't get one until 70%, and didn't use it until the final Formula GT - then go to the Pro League Polyphony Digital Cup. By winning that series and doing the "save and reload" trick (search for how), you can guarantee yourself an F1 car.

He insists on using his F090 because he can't beat me otherwise. Unfortunately, he's got a problem now because after (by my best estimate) running SS enduro 15 times, I finally won my own.

And neon, you're right. Aside from beating him into the tarmac, I don't think I'll use it for much else until Formula GT because the thing is just unfair. You run so far ahead of the pack it's not even fun.

I won the F1 car and I am itching to use it. In fact, I used it in the Beginner's GT World Championship. But I am swearing not to use it again till the F1 Championship. But my fingers are very itchy...any solutions?
 
The thing that I think is funny, is that just before I won the F1 car, I reverted back to NES mode and mashed all the buttons on the wheel out of frustration. Lo and behold: the car I wanted. Coincidence? Yeah, probably.
 
I have about 25 f1's but they took me a long time to get them.It took me about 3 months to get them all.
 
people say the ( hit x to get the car you want) trick dosnt work, but thats how i got my f1.

Ecept it never worked again! doh!

That's because...it doesn't WORK.
 
I know the (Hit x to get the car you want) trick doesn't work, but I'm convinced the (Mash all the buttons wildly for the duration) trick does... No really, it works everytime...
 
Bah.. I just look away and pray it is a F1.....
I got an F1 2 out of 5 times on Super Speedway....
Got the /M one on another enduro and a /S on a professional race...
 
do the polyphony digital cup and get the f094/s the best one
