I have a 333hp 96' 240SX and the only way I can drift...on ANY car...is to have no suspension upgrades. I love it because I can handle weight transfers like a breeze and it looks plain awesome seeing the suspension get tortured during my drift settings. I show you all once I get my pics up. I just thought it would be cool if anyone else did this...like race with stock everything except engine parts.
 
ummm i guess it all depends on the person... and car... some cars just have a very "driftable" suspension..... you can take a real car and slap on an LSD and take it for a nite of fun drifting......although with suspension upgrades.. everything would feel a lot better, even just lowering the car and getting a little stiffer springs makes a world of wonder......so yeah.. why not be able to do it in GT4...
 
hmmm...well most of the FR cars can drift with minimal upgrades...but can you drift better with stock suspension and full engine mods??? i will try it out...
 
Im a fan of the 240 SX. I have tried to drift with jsut stock and it handles great. I didn't improve the hp on the car, but i did get some suspension and mess aroudn with those.
 
Yeah I was just stating this because in GT3 there wasn't as much dip when you brake and now there is so...I just loved the feeling of the weight shifting from side to side and front to back. I can drift with suspension upgrades too but I prefer stock :crazy:
 
Ya, it's just you because I'm using Full Customizeable suspension on my S2k for drifting and it drifts great. Just a little practice and you'll get used to it. Here is a video of mine...
