i just took my acr to the spa franco champs circuit and did a few laps.Then i just went to photo mode during the replay and turned the filter to miniature,then when i exited photomode the whole replay was in miniature mode, and all camera angles were also in miniature mode.Then i went back to the photo options and made the filter to partial colour and the same thing happened the replay was in partial colour mode what is happening
 
Yes this is a common glitch which has been discussed before.
