Is it possible to back up GT4 Game saves using a PC and a PS2 Network Adapter

Hi Everyone

This is my first post, even though I have been reading this forum for years, so I am not a complete newbie!

My question is this:- Is it possible to back up a GT Game Save that is on the PS2 Memory Card (Still plugged in to the PS2) using a PC connected to the PS2 Network Adapter (Something like X-Port).
