Is it still possible to get a Ticket 1000 now that online is down?

Hi guys,

Recently, I have been playing GT5 again and I am starting to collect cars. I am just curious if it is still possible to get a Ticket 1000. So far I got a handful of prize cars from career events and a classic muscle car gift ticket.

The 1,000 Ticket is a ticket you get in GT5 for completing 100 races or traveling 2000 km miles. You get a random car as a prize.

I think it is since you probably don't need to go online to drive so many miles needed for it.
