alright we all know that premium cars can be broken in meaning the hp increased,now is it possible to increase the hp furthermore by a very small amount say bu 10 or 15 bhp after it has reached its max? cause one of my friend said that his viper(acr) had 1039bhp

the hp from the garage view is sometimes bit different than the "settings view" hp

you also gain some litte hp if you buy the enigne upgrades before chip tuning
 
Oil change before you drive it adds a few hp. Apart from that I can only think upgrades and regular oil changes. Engine rebuild maybe? Although i'm not sure if this resets the engine to pre break in status
