Is PD still giving out beta codes for North America?

I noticed you can sign up for the beta again. But i haven't seen anything about them still Giving codes out to North America, did some google searching and looking around on here and haven't found an answer. Basically i'm just wondering if i wasted my time signing up.

They have been silent in Europe too after the initial dates. I have a few mates who applied late April, and none got any response so far.

I am not sure how big the number is, but it seems like only 500-1000 per region are being called up, if not less.
