Is PSN Acting odd for anyone else?

Since yesterday's maintenance, I noticed PSN is acting oddly. The Auto Sign in only works occasionally now and whenever I try to sign in I get the maintenance message. It takes 3-4 times to sign in. My internets in perfect working order so is anyone else experiencing these issues.

Today i only noticed the auto sign in other than that no
