is racing gear tradable?

Ok so the title is obviouslly my first question. Are racing suits and helmets tradeable? The next question may need to be posted on the market place but can someone trade me 4 white alpinestars suit. And 4 white simpson diamond helmets. Basically 4 stig outfits. I have a bunch of random suits from seasonals many colors just get in touch.

Racing suits and helmets can be traded except for the ones in the racing gear DLC. The Simpson helmets and Alpinestars suits were part of the DLC and can not be traded.
 
I have 2 helmets in the DLC style that I can send as I won them as reward just before DLC was released. but I cant send the Stig's black & white gear.
