Is the Citreon GT race car a sequential shift?

I have a G27 and I hate that I cant drive sequential shift cars.

Go to replay during the practice or whatever it is, change camera angles on your car until you see the in car camera showing your guy doing everything. (Not 1st person)

Couldnt you just use the paddle shift on the steering wheel?
