Is the gtswiki decal site still working?

I just used it yesterday and now I can't access it. Microsoft did an update on my pc today and when I go to the site it says it's unsecure. The page is in japanese and says gtswiki is Expired or Suspended. If this is so, this really sucks as we lose access to searching for thousands of decals.

Not yet, that I know of. But the search function within the GT7 site is MUCH better now than the GT Sport one was. So I've just been using that.
