Is the Online Events Forum just for GT5?

I was thinking about the Online events section:

Right now it's dominated by basically 100% GT5 leagues or clubs.
I was thinking about a Wipeout HD thread for tournaments.
Would starting a thread to go with the vibe of "Online events"?
 
I would say it could maybe go in the "Clubs and Leagues" section, but I think it would be more at home in the "Console and PC Gaming" section, wouldn't it? Seeing as a lot of leagues (MW2 [GTP] Group, iRacing thread, etc.) are there. It's kind of a po-tay-toh/po-tah-toh thing, if you ask me 👍.
 
Ok, then. I've narrowed it down to the PC/Console section. Should I make a

Wipeout HD Tourney thread?

or

Just post in the existing thread?
 
I would say start in the thread and then make your own once interest begins to add up. 👍
 
If you feel it deserves it's own thread then make one, nobody is going to jump down your throat for making it as long as it's in the correct sub-forum. If a Mod feels it should be in the general Wipeout thread then it will get moved, you won't be in any trouble for it though.

Something like that would be better for the Console/PC Gaming forums. The "Online Events" category is really intended only for Gran Turismo games.
