Is the Sports Car Spot ever get up & running?

Alright, most people probably don't even click on the blue & green tabs up the top that say Sports Car & Hot or Not. Well, I've been checking the blue one for a while now, Sports Cars, and it has also said Coming Soon. Now I'm beginning to wonder if it is even gonna get up and running.

So will it?
