Is there a bug in GT4 like there was in GT2?

Im stuck at 99.1% complete. I have golds on all races and licences. Is there anything else I have to do? Ive checked all the races agian to make sure there all gold and that I completed them. I'm mad because I want the Black F1 car.
 
you probably missing a one make series race or all golds in every series
 
And all special condition races?
 
Seems strange..check it again man..

bTW, u get the black F1 car winning 100% of the game?
 
Did you finish all the Manufacturers races? Maybe you have a bronze where there should be a couple of golds. I know that the bronze and gold colored hues in this game are hard to differentiate between the two.

ive done some of the races in arcade do you need to do all the races to get 100%?

As for the Onemake races ive done all of them and have golds on all races. Ive gone through eveything 3times now looking for somthing i might of missed.
 
I'm pretty sure Arcade doesn't give you any percentage this time around. Try making sure you got all golds on everything, that might be why you don't have 100%.
 
Do you have to get all golds on the license?
 
maby instead of doing a champion ship series you did them as single races i did that in professional hall and started gettin pissed off that i couldnt do the gran turismo world championship
 
somebody else got 100% so im sure the bug isn't in GT4 :)

PD woudn't be that stupid to make the same mistake again, and only the first releases of the NTSC GT2 versions couldn't get to 100%, just like the PAL version the 3rd release of the NTSC version could get to 100% :)
 
ok im at 99.8% now i missed a onemake race not i have to find the last thing
 
They did figure it out, they missed some races. Probably different races then you did, go check again.
 
I don't know if it's true, but I've heard a lot of talk about there being a bug that won't give you completion percentage for Mission 1 if you complete ANY OTHER MISSION BEFORE IT. You know you're effected if there isn't a MISSION CLEAR (or whatever it says) stamp across the Mission at the Mission select screen.
 
No worries about that. I just checked and all 34 missions have "MISSION CLEAR."

Any more ideas? I checked everything a couple times.

to anyone that says its hard to differentiate between the gold and bronze hues: ive had a gold and a bronze next to each other on GT4 in the GT championship, and the bronze was distinctively pinker. not hard to miss

Well then right smack in in the middolf of my face was the Mitsubishi races which I had not seen in several times through the Japanese mfgrs. Secondly I also had :crazy: 3 bronzes that I mistook for gold. Once I found all that now I'm at 99.6 with Mission 34 left. Who knows how long it will take me to get a perfect lap on that but I can say at least my PAL version does not have a 100% bug.

Well guys, thanks....it appears I was an idiot. Somehow I managed to complete all of the Elise one-make races and not the series. Anyway...all done!

Mission 34 does not give you 0.4%. Only 0.1% or 0.2%. There is still something missing I say.

I am on 99.1% with 5 missions left.
